What’s Actually Included in a Toronto Photo Booth Rental Package?
If you’re pricing out photo booths for your Toronto event, you’ve probably noticed that quotes can vary quite a bit from one company to the next. Part of that comes down to what’s actually in the package. Before you commit to anything, it’s worth knowing exactly what you should expect to be included — and what some companies quietly leave out.
The Prints Are Included (Yes, Really)
This one surprises people more often than you’d think. When clients book with us, live printing is part of every package. Your guests walk away with a physical print in about 15 seconds, and a lot of people assume that’s going to show up as a separate line item on their invoice. It isn’t. The custom print template is included too. We design it to match your event, whether that’s a wedding, a corporate party, or a milestone birthday. That’s not an upgrade. It comes standard.
Setup and Teardown Are Part of the Deal
We arrive early. That means unloading the equipment, bringing everything in, and getting the backdrop, the booth, and the props set up before your guests ever walk through the door. Once everything is in place, we test the whole setup to make sure it’s running perfectly. When the event is over, we pack everything up and get out of your way. There are no extra fees for any of that. It’s all part of what you’re paying for.
That covers backdrop installation, booth assembly and positioning, props setup, and a full system test before guests arrive. Teardown at the end of the event is part of it too.

A Real Attendant, Not Just a Booth in the Corner
Every booking includes a live attendant for the full duration of your event, and this is probably the biggest difference between a great photo booth experience and a forgettable one. Our attendant isn’t just there to watch. They engage with guests, offer posing ideas, hand out props, make sure everyone understands how the booth works, and confirm that each guest walks away with both their physical print and the link to their digital copy.
That means welcoming guests at the booth, offering posing ideas and props, making sure everyone gets their physical print, and sharing the digital copy link before they walk away.
The Digital Gallery, for Guests and for You
Here’s how it works. Each guest gets a link right at the booth on their own device, taking them directly to their session where they can view their original photos and the digital version of the print they received. The next day, you as the host get access to the complete gallery: every session, every original, and every corresponding digital print all in one place.
I’ve seen clients share it with their whole team after a corporate event, send it out to key guests as a keepsake, or use it as a gift for the couple when the booth was booked as a wedding present.
What You’re Really Paying For
I’ll be straight with you here, because I’ve had this conversation more times than I can count. Someone calls me the day of their event, panicked, because the company they booked for $350 isn’t answering the phone and they’re not sure anyone is going to show up. The first thing they tell me is “well, we were only paying $350 for the other booth.” And I tell them, as gently as I can: I can assure you that we’ll actually show up.
We’ve been doing this for a long time. I answer the phone. I respond to emails early in the morning and late at night — sometimes in the middle of the night when an inquiry comes in. The experience we bring to your event has genuine value, and so does the peace of mind that comes with booking a company that treats your event like it matters.
